a. Managerial Trainings
ICIA provides consultancy services to development organizations, communities and commercial organizations to train their staff members in Financial Management, Proposal Development, Organizational Management & Strengthening, Leadership Management and Enterprise/Business Development. We have proper training manuals and modules refined and reviewed time by time.

b. Vocational Trainings
ICIA has developed a group of master trainers to provide services to interested parties on a commercial basis. To gain space in the market, ICIA has formally registered a college with the Name of ICIA Training Center. The college offers training in Hand Embroidery, Machine Embroidery, Wool and Cotton Dyeing, Wool Spinning, Shawl Weaving, Rugs Weaving and Fabric Weaving. The College is able to arrange training in communities of far flung areas.

2. Research

a. Field Research/Surveys
ICIA has developed its capacities to conduct field research and surveys in the fields of cottage industries, Value Chains, Governance, Citizens Participation and Economic Growth. We offer services to public, private and development sectors in our jurisdictions. We conduct both qualitative and quantitative research.

b. Assessment/feasibilities
We also offer services to parties in need to conduct assessment and feasibilities for projects, business and activities. We facilitate development actors to have enough data and information prior to interventions in regions and thematic areas.

3. Supply of equipment and raw material

We have worked as a service provider and supplier with many national-level organizations to provide them with weaving tools and equipment. We also facilitate parties to purchase accessories and raw material used in the weaving industry.
