Our main approach is to help create a sustainable cottage industry, where workers receive fair wages that enable them to nourish their families without child labor and to gain financial independence to potentially build own businesses, where workers are protected by law, have access to capital and are the equals to all, where workers are free to choose to conduct business and where materials are ecologically friendly, so that the environment is not contaminated further.
